Sending Photo Christmas Cards

holiday028.candlelite webfrontI know its past the holiday or Christmas season but I felt it was well worth mentioning since this last holiday season taught me a tremendous lesson in being more cost effective and time conscious.

Like everyone, I purchased some photo Christmas cards from an online printer resource. It was a horrifying experience! My photo wasn’t even the correct one on the card I chose! Yikes and the problem was compounded when they refused to refund my money! Oh, that alone has taught me that when it comes to this annual tradition, its best to do it myself.

So, I went on a hunt to find photo christmas card templates that I can create myself but look like I store bought them. Lo and behold, I found a great site that offers not only photo cards but other templates as well for every event I would celebrate.

I downloaded a template for the card and soon was able to complete a beautiful Christmas card photo of my family. Needless to say, this is what I sent out to my family and friends. It also cost me half as much as my first failed option. The internet is a wonderful resource and I’m so very happy to know that I can go on at a moment’s notice and download anything I need!

Woo hoo! Here is my card. Hope you like it! Here’s a video from where I got my cards from:
